West Bengal govt tarnishing Mukul Roy’s image: Vijayvargiya
New Delhi [India], July 26 (ANI): BJP Basic Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya on Sunday mentioned that efforts are being made by way of the West Bengal executive to tarnish the picture of Bharatiya Janata Birthday party (BJP) chief Mukul Roy.
“Effort is being made to tarnish the picture of Mukul Roy by way of the state executive. He’ll discuss to media individuals at three pm lately. He’ll make clear the problem lately,” Vijayvargiya advised ANI.
Talking of the continued tussle between the state executive and the West Bengal governor Jagdeep Dhankhar, Vijayvargiya mentioned, “Going by way of the charter, the governor has his percentage of responsibility and barriers. Alternatively, the state executive is answerable to the governor. Particularly right through tricky occasions, the governor can ask for a record from the state executive.”
Vijayvargiya’s statement comes within the backdrop of West Bengal Governors’s request to Leader Minister Mamata Banerjee for a short lived at the factor of the “decline in regulation and order” within the state.
In his tweet, the Governor expressed worry over the alleged bias of the state police towards Opposition leaders.
