CHENNAI: Playback singer SP Balasubrahmanyam, who was once admitted to MGM Healthcare in Chennai with Covid-19, stays on ventilator and ECMO reinforce, stated a clinical bulletin issued via the sanatorium on Wednesday night time.
“His present medical situation is solid. He’s aware and responsive,” stated the bulletin issued via sanatorium assistant director (clinical services and products) Dr Anuradha Baskaran.
“He’s carefully monitored via our multidisciplinary medical staff,” it stated.
The 74-year-old singer was once admitted to sanatorium on August five with delicate signs. His situation deteriorated on August 13.
On Saturday, the sanatorium stated: “Our multidisciplinary medical staff is actively taking part with world professionals from reputed centres in the USA and the United Kingdom that experience witnessed massive volumes of Covid-19 sufferers requiring ECMO reinforce.”
