SC to hear convict Vinay Sharma’s plea today

New Delhi: The Supreme Court will listen on Thursday the plea of Vinay Sharma, a convict within the 2012 Nirbhaya gang-rape case.

The listening to is scheduled to happen at 10:30 am. The bench of Justice R Banumathi will listen the case. Vinay has filed the petition within the most sensible courtroom in opposition to President Ram Nath Kovind’s determination to reject his mercy plea.
